inMemori (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information responsibly. 1. About inMemori

inMemori (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides physical QR code kits and digital tribute pages that allow users to create and share lasting memories of loved ones.
By accessing or using our websites or services, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Using our services

You agree to use inMemori respectfully and lawfully.
You must not:

  • Use the service for unlawful, offensive or misleading purposes;

  • Attempt to access other users’ accounts or data;

  • Copy or reproduce content, code or materials from inMemori without permission.

We may suspend or remove content or accounts that breach these terms.

3. Accounts and security

To create or manage a tribute page, you may need to register an account and verify your email.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account.

4. Content ownership

You retain ownership of any content you upload or submit to your tribute page (such as text or photos).
By posting content, you grant inMemori a limited licence to host, display and share that content within the service for its intended purpose.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and share any material you post.

5. Payments and subscriptions

If you purchase a QR kit or a digital subscription:

  • Prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise.

  • Payments are securely processed via our authorised payment partners.

  • Subscription or renewal terms will be clearly shown before purchase.


6. Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and software on inMemori (other than user-generated content) are owned or licensed by inMemori. You may not reproduce, copy, or exploit any material without written consent.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of inMemori or its services. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use occasionally. The latest version will always be available on our website with the effective date updated.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.

10. Refunds and Returns

We want you to be happy with your inMemori kit and service.
If your physical kit arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at inmemorihelp@gmail.com so we can arrange a replacement or refund. Because each QR kit and linked tribute page is unique and activated individually, we generally cannot offer refunds for change of mind once a kit has been activated or registered. This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If your product is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as required by law.
